Crock Pot Honey Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup of low sodium chicken broth
- 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp red pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- garlic cloves (amount based on your taste)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Push garlic cloves into pork
- Season pork tenderloin with red pepper, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
- Mix chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and pour over pork.
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low in your Crock-Pot.

This recipe is so easy! The pork just falls apart, especially if you cook it on the low setting for a longer amount of time. I love meal prepping this one and pairing it with either whole wheat pasta or brown rice, since I’m such a sucker for a delicious sauce (see Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken). When I make this pork, I usually want a healthy carb to soak up the delicious sauce. Man, oh man, I am getting hungry thinking about this one. Might send the husband to the store!
